HANG

HANGING ONHANGING ON…

I never wanted to leave
I never wanted to go…
Something has changed inside of me
I just want to let go
Will I ever feel at home
In a land so far away
Will I stand out
Feel discord all along the way
Will my mind have regret
For leaving what I know
All questions that can’t be answered
If I never go…

  1. I have just come to your blog, and this poem reminds me of a friend who also lost a child. She began writing and in time found another friend who likewise had lost a child. Together they wrote to console themselves and one another, and now others through a book. This is her blog: http://www.shewrites.com/profiles/blog/list?user=3uyn8qmeo0shd

I am not attempting to tell you what to do, nor do I know how you feel. I’m just extending a connection to another person living in griefland.

    1. Thank you so much for your kind words and directing me to your friends blog. The pain is something I can’t explain and reading how other handle the hurt is healing xxoo
