Demon

It’s a dark place deep in your soul. Somewhere no one sees, no one hears. You know it’s there as it appears every now and again out of no where. It is a force to be reckoned with. You can not push, you can not shove, as it has a power you can not imagine. As it bends and turns and wraps itself around your soul, you can do nothing. The tentacles stab at you as you try to move back into a peaceful place. There simply is no escape.

Just as soon as it appears it will disappear. But until then you have to battle a demon you can not see, you can only feel.
